EGS3 CAN Layer info on W204.048's 4MATIC is incorrect

As documented on the wiki for the aforementioned topic, the entry for W204.048 is incorrect. Specifically, none of the W204.048 variants are equipped with 4MATIC. The 4Matic field should be set to no. Please double-check and confirm, thanks.

This is interesting, looking at the coding files available for EGS53 (.COD), it appears the SCN strings used by 211.048 do in fact have the 4WD data enabled but, its fixed ratio (Both high and low are 1.0 and not 0.0 - Typical 4Matic for Saloons).

Since the docs on the wiki pulls data out of the SCN Strings directly, I think that this string might be incorrect, or, the TCU itself can check the coding of the car at runtime to see if the car is using 4Matic or not (I'd need to check the CAN Matrix for EGS53 more to see if this is a thing).

Hmm, this is about the 204.048, not the 211.
