Can't add or update tempo

I imported a MIDI file and want to adjust the tempo map, but the options stay greyed out.

you need to change some at least one of the fields, Tempo, time or Key Signature, otherwise only Remove is enabled and only if it matches the current bar/time position.

just changing the bar/time position is not possible in this dialog, but you can move the notes by just dragging a tempo or marker location in the time header/ruler.

I think I'm not understanding, nothing moves for me when I click+drag on it.

oops, my bad. drag-moving tempo/time/key-sigs are not implemented, only markers though.

So does that mean there is no way to shift the position of the tempo currently, other than removing it and adding a new one?
