no sound playback when using soundfonts

i set instrument in the midi portion but the playthrough never comes out of the speakers.

you have to insert and run an instrument plugin ion a MIDI track or bus, and render a loaded soundfont's audio through outputs.

the View > Instruments... dialog is only for having pretty, human readable names for MIDI banks and programs (presets) and not have to deal with magical numbers.
