Ubuntu package is stale

I was having some issues that all seemed to already be addressed as closed issues. Decided to have a gander at what exactly got installed. My eyes fell out of my head

user@computer:~# apt search qtractor

Does anyone else want to help me beg the maintainer to update the package? Building from source isn't an option for where I'm using it. Unsure how to track down the maintainer. Thanx!

fair warning: i don't personally use any flavour of debian or ubuntu here, but for your own convenience you can take advantage of my own Launchpad PPA https://launchpad.net/~rncbc/+archive/ubuntu/bionic having note that you'll get the latest/nightly snapshots directly from git head (master). hth. cheers
