There is no configure file

The build instructions in the README do not work, because there is no "configure" file.

[liam@liam-desktop-Manjaro src]$ ./configure
bash: ./configure: No such file or directory

you missed the following lines in the README, on whether you're checking out from git: please run ./autogen.sh first.
