MPD doesn't show in qpwgraph when certain songs switches to other certain songs
This is very peculiar, but I suspect that this has to do with encoding or codec or any "format" I don't know about the stream since I can literally play one song and see MPD in the patchbay:
Here, it's Green Day - 21 Guns playing.
Then, if I skip to Phantom Planet - Claifornia, MPD disappeared:
I can then go back to 21 Guns and I do see MPD again. I can go on and on from that song to the other and constantly see MPD appear and disappear.
The thing that is even more peculiar is that if I stop MPD (with for instance mpc stop or just press s in my MPD client), then if I select California, I see MPD in the graph. If I then select 21 Guns, it's now on this song's turn that MPD doesn't show.
Then, if I stop MPD again with mpc stop and then select 21 Guns then MPD does display again. So I can have MPD show in the graph by stopping MPD first, then playing the song. But, selecting another song while the first song is playing doesn't seem to be the same process and it behaves the way I did explain before.
However, there are song which are "compatible" together and this is why I said "certain songs" in the title. There are songs that are not affected by this and if I switch between them in any way I want, MPD always shows up in the graph.
I expressed what I saw in words that made sense for me since I don't have any specific knowledge about Pipewire, sound and sound encoding.
