Unable to move Patchbay using cursor

Any time I try to move the patchbay around it glitches out and throws itself around to the boundaries.

and why do you ever want to scroll away from the whole scene? as far as I can tell, all scene contents is under view, probably that's why you get it to "spring" back into visibility every time you try to break away the bounding limits :S

it might get mitigated somehow but I consider this just a minor, nit-picking of a "glitch" :)

It happens while moving around in areas that are in bounds too.
