[PATCH] Add "Clear" button to Setup

Hi,

This patch adds a "Clear" button to the Setup screen so that people can revert their settings. Often this should make jack start again.

Thank you. The button should perhaps be named "reset", not sure. Also, the implementation clears all settings, not just the current one, so it can't be applied in the current state, if at all.

kept the name and added icon to "clear" button; only the preset settings are now cleared, not whole setup options. thanks
