as you might know qjackctl is a GUI interface and it will be always like so... forever :) actually you don't need to restart the jack-server to switch over patchbay...

hi, thanks for asking as you might reckon from the project title, qtractor is a standard MIDI sequencer, and that is, was and will be its stance--no more no less....
yes, it should work, at least as long it's running on xcb premises; not so sure on wayland :(
