Handle dependencies and consistency issues with deleting agent, tool, task, etc

So if you delete an agent and it is being used in an app, user should see a warning "This agent is in use blah blah are you sure". If we allow them to have a "YES" option, we also then need to handle stopping sessions, etc. Same applies for tools, tasks, credentials, datasource, etc
