Pluto notebook of examples

I couldn't find a better way to do this, but: I took examples.jl and turned it into a Pluto notebook. Enjoy! ChainPlotsExamples.zip

Thanks. I don't use Pluto, but many people do and will appreciate this. I plan to add docs and move the examples.jl script there, and then I will think about what to do with this Pluto version. Need to see what others do. Meanwhile, I will just let this issue open.
