Get RMRKs from utility.asDerivative calls.

Can you dumb this down for me? IIUC this fetches remarks from infinite depth?

Yes, exactly, although at the moment it only supports calls that are wrapped in utility.asDerivative. I tried to write things in a way that would make it straightforward to add support for other calls that could be used to wrap calls to system.remark.
