Build an example Web UI in /dist for people to reverse-engineer

The UI should have:

• [x] a screen to test turning desired actions into remark strings
• [ ] an option to submit such a remark to a locally running chain
• [ ] a widget / scripts / demo on how to issue and detect a transaction that is pending, and to detect a confirmation
• [ ] a consolidator screen which loads a DUMP file or URL and shows the NFTs, Collections, and their histories
• [ ] a consolidator-light screen which does the same as above but with Light dumps + sidecar fetching
• [ ] a consolidator screen which loads RMRKs from a database endpoint
