@rmoriz could you update the hub image to latest OpenRA release?

at lot has changed, simply bumping the version and add some dependencies didn't work. Feel free to contribute a PR if you can mange to get it working.

ok seems I found the issue. pushed a workaround Dockerfile to GitHub/Docker Hub CI to build. Let's see if it works. If not you can manually build the image from the updated master branch. I've only tested x86_64
