Chapter Naming

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I noticed that while downloading (and transcoding as necessary) an .aax file that contains chapter metadata, the resultant file has chapter names that are the title of the audiobook. I did not see a way in Libation settings to set chapter names (e.g., Chapter 1, Chapter 2, etc.)

Describe the solution you'd like Add a setting that allows the user to create chapter names based on a sequence (if there are not already chapter names in the original .aax file).
