Unrecoverable error on launch

Describe the bug The program presents an error dialog on first launch.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Release Libation 11.0.4 · rmcrackan/Libation · GitHub
2. Click on Classic-Libation.11.0.4-windows-classic.zip
3. Extract downloaded file to its own folder (in my case F:\programs\Libation 11.0.4 Classic)
4. Launch Libtation.exe from that folder
5. See error

Expected behavior I expected the program to launch.
