"Official" GUI container docs for Docker

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Seeing the revamp of the docs page got me thinking that maybe there should be a page for setting up @ceramicwhite's Libation Docker container, in addition to the CLI Docker container. Obviously it's not something that's "officially" supported, but as of now it appears to be the best option available to get the full GUI using Docker.

Additional context
I know you don't use Docker yourself, so I'm not asking you to add this documentation. But I might be able to come up with something if it's something you think would be good to do.
