Scanning doesn’t return books
Not sure if it’s the size of my library (1700+) or what but I’ve not been able to fetch my library to liberate recent additions, including previously librated titles.
Currently running 12.7.0.1
@mesquiteTX Please attach your log file.
@rmcrackan What do you think? Could this be related to #1399? The log doesn't show any scan errors.
@Mbucari RE 1399: It's not out of the question. Impossible to say though. Until that person replies, I'm not even positive what their issue might be. Especially since I suspect a super rare problem.
For the current ticket, I'm concerned about this line: {}2025-11-07 07:14:38.383 -06:00 [INF] (at AppScaffolding.LibationScaffolding.getLatestRelease(System.TimeSpan)) Timed out
Things to try
- Maybe it's just a network glitch which could be fixed by running it again, connecting to a different wi-fi, turning off VPN, or other simple network things like that
- Set Libation to debug, do another scan, and see if the new purchase(s) are in the library scan file. We can do the actual file diving for you if you'd like. You can post the resulting file here and tell us which new titles you don't see in Libation.
- Make sure you're logging in with the same email and locale on audible's official mobile app and Libation. Which title(s) are in one place and not the other?

"TimeSpan" is concerning my ticket?

I've kind of had the issue of "no return" for a while and it USUALLY sorted itself out. This present issue has persisted for at least the last 2, 3 builds (including this one). I've tried clearing my credentials and redoing them several times, in hopes that'd help

Tell me how to debug
-
Login with same credentials Audible (Amazon) US.

I'm not entirely programming savvy, but is there a way to just completely reset it all and start over? To see if that kickstarts it?
@rmcrackan @Mbucari
@mesquiteTX You can try deleting every file in your Libation settings folder (where you found the log). Then restart Libation and set up as a new user. Go into Settings and change "logging level" to "debug". Add your account back to Libation, do a scan, and upload the newly-created log file here.
@rmcrackan Remember a long time ago that requesting Library "Pages" with the Api had an upper limit? I wonder if that bug is rearing its ugly head again.
Hi @rmcrackan @Mbucari
Here is the latest .log, in debug. I reset everything as mentioned (deleting the system file, started as a new user). This did manage to get Libation to fetch the Audible Library.
@mesquiteTX so you're all good now? I'm not sure what's different. First log you posted and this one both showed 1720 books being downloaded and your total library account being 1759. It's good that it's all working for you now, but I have no clue why it wasn't before.
