I saw this at the bottom of a website and really like the idea

If you are using a screen reader and are having problems using this website, please call ###-###-#### for assistance.

Incorporate similar language into Libation UIs which point to https://github.com/rmcrackan/Libation/issues

It should be implemented in such a way as to not be distracting for the 99% of users to whom this does not apply.
