mp3 Converting not possible after Audiobook got taken down

Open Niwu34 opened this issue 6 months ago • 3 comments

Describe the bug
I recently liberated an audibook that got taken by now (See screenshot) - i have the m4b file backed up but can't convert it to mp3 even tho it is shown as liberated in the Software. If i right click it in the list vie and hit 'Convert to Mp3' nothing happens. Other Audiobooks which are still available for download still work.

To Reproduce
Difficult but:

  • buy book that gets taken down soon
  • liberate it
  • try converting it to mp3 after it is not available anymore

Expected behavior
Convert the liberated audiobook m4b file to mp3 even when the audiobook is not available anymore.

I'd need to see the log. I'm not on discord but you can find my email on this page: https://github.com/rmcrackan

@Niwu34 Am I correct in understanding that you've already downloaded this book and you now want to convert it to mp3, correct? Is the book marked as 'Downloaded' (green stoplight) in Libation? If so, you should be able to right-click it and click "Convert to Mp3'.

@Mbucari Yes - it fails to do so: See below:

@rmcrackan Nevermind I'll just send it here. I opened the program right clicked on the audiobook but it seems like its not getting logged: (Log is a few days old) Log202508.log
