Data for the paper to test software
Hi there, I know this isn't really a software issue but was hoping someone here might be able to help out. The download speeds for http://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/software/pandora/2021/ are really quite bad (at least for is in NZ) getting estimated completion times between 3 and 28 days. would it be possible to make these available through GitLFS or similar? Would be a great help for people getting there heads around the software and seeing how it runs on your data/with published settings.

Hi there - apologies for this. For what it's worth this is a known and temporary issue - the EBI ftp is a mess at the moment and they are trying to fix some underlying issue. I guess the toy data is not enough for you to really explore. I have had bad experiences with GitLFS, so am a bit cautious about that, but will see if we can find an alternative. Alternatively, if you can cope with a couple of weeks, the ftp stuff ought to have been sorted out.
