Hello rmax, I am an one-year experienced crawler engineer in Beijing, China, I have used your framework scrapy-redis for a long time, How could I do for this projects? The only thing that I'm worried is I cant match this work, But I will keep learning to help this project better.

@rmax I have over two year experience working with scrapy and scrapy-redis. I often come around and answer some issue as well. I can help with keep answer issue and review Pull Request for start.
