Mouse wheel not working (keys are)

Is there a rule i need to add to settings to enable this?

I'm using OSX with a magic mouse.

I know this is an old posting, but FYI you have to hold Command (Alt in Windows) while scrolling the mouse wheel.

Found a solution in here https://github.com/SublimeTextIssues/Core/issues/223.

In this thread they mention some mouse key being stuck, prevent all the rest from working. In my case, it was my bluetooth mouse that, by the time it got disconnected got a button pressed or any other strange thing. The fact is that as soon as I reconnected my bluetooth mouse things started working again.
