Missing Shift (⇧) + Option (alt) + Volume Down/Up Volume Changes

In MacOS, its possible to use the combination Shift (⇧) + Option (alt) + Volume Down/Up to change the volume in smaller increments, however, this is not supported by MultiSoundChanger, adding this would be appreciated :)
