PoC with USB scrypt miner

CPU mining is not powerful enough to mine on mainnet. It could be interesting to see if we could mine using an USB scrypt miner.

It would need to be able to communicate with it and send the data to hash.

This project is only meant for testnet.

Hi @poggingfish Yes this project should only be used on testnet because CPU mining is not efficient at all (and was primarily created because Dogecoin builtin miner was being removed and I needed testnet coins).

Here I am just proposing a Proof of Concept to see how it would work for knowledge and fun. Not for profit.
