org-present wrongly resizing the window

I'm using emacs-26.1 with spacemacs and I have this .org content:

* Topic 1
** Sub 1
** Sub 2
* Topic 2
** sub 1
* Topic 3

when I start the org-present, it starts normally, but when I navigate into the content, it resizes the window:
