default.yaml file is not configuring network

A small but annoying issue.

Following instructions on https://hub.docker.com/r/keyvanfatehi/sinopia/ keeping local configure.yaml lead to unstarted http service because the default file is different from the one generated in the container.

The one from https://github.com/rlidwka/sinopia/blob/master/conf/default.yaml is missing of the final part:

  - 0.0.0.0:4873
