Add the ability for island owner to enable/disable /it
In a situation where you do not want to lock an island or ban people due to running a shop, but you don't want /it spam, either.
I don't really see the reasoning for this.
Why wouldn't you allow players to talk locally?
Are we talking a complete "disable it" for a single island? Or disable it for visitors only?
I don't see the reason either for it, just dont give the permission to players and there is no /it at all. There are many other chat programs that have individual channels you can use then for island chat.
To give a command for an island owner/member the ability to disable island chat on their islands only. Party chat allows a more targeted approach if they want island members to communicate. This would allow the admin to enable it globally and players to enable/disable on their islands as they wish.
Yes, other plugins could be used to manage the chat, but none that I know of that understand uSkyblock islands.
I suggest just disabling the island chat using the permissions (negate the usb.island.talk permission) for now.
We currently have no plans to support this feature - but it might be added when/if we do #805 - i.e. add an additional layer of "island permisions" outside the member-permissions.
