Support Sponge

Most of the plugins we rely on, seems to have been ported to Sponge (or have sensible counter-parts).

We should consider refactoring, so we can support Sponge in the future.

This will require quite some rework (i.e. all Bukkit classes we really need, needs to be shadowed by our own code).
