[Suggestion] Visitor Permissions GUI

Suggestion that I think would help out players quite a bit. A section in the "/is" menu that opens a GUI players can use to control what Visitors can or can't do on their islands. Some examples of things players have requested to control on my server:

• Killing monsters
• Opening doors, trapdoors, and fence gates
• Using levers, buttons, and pressure plates
• Picking up items
• Dropping items

U can do this with commands of the worldguard plugin. Use the flags. On our server we sell the permissions for every flag with ingame currency on the players, so they can controll what happend on there island.

I think nearly every server have worldguard installed.
