User supplied tree/dendrogram

Hi Rebecca,

This is a great package! I was wondering if there is a way incorporate my own cladogram .tre file? As I would like the rows to cluster with your implemented hierarchical clustering but the columns to sort by my predetermined cladogram.

Hi Johanna,

I'm glad you like the package! Unfortunately at the moment there is no way to incorporate your own cladogram. I can let you know if this changes and will keep this issue open for such an event!
