Problem with "initialThemeMode"

Thanks you for this food library.

I can observe a strange behavior. On Start, if I put a value in the initialThemeMode, the prefs value is not applied.

Is this the desired behavior?

I noticed the initial theme mode overrides the value you wish to save in prefs. It saves the last theme used when process death occurs and there is no need for initial theme to be defined.
