KalmanFilter minor documentation issue

The docs for FadingKalmanFilter state:

The class KalmanFilter now incorporates the alpha attribute, and should be used instead.

However, the docs for KalmanFilter don't mention an alpha constructor parameter or attribute.

The KalmanFilter docs should probably be updated to describe alpha.
