@smartie2076 - I also could not install the version of pandas listed in the requirements as it is too old, I installed the newest one and made changes so that the test basic passes. Is there a reason why you freeze the version of pip in the requirements?

@Bachibouzouk I dont think that there was a reason to why I froze the requirements. I probably did pip list -all and then just copy-pasted...
