first draft - Linking transformer stations

#155 @smartie2076 here's the first draft for the link between inverter rectifier capacity as well as for the transformer station. Let me know what you think when you get the chance

If you need inspiration for the pytests, you can find a lot in https://github.com/rl-institut/multi-vector-simulator/, folder tests. It should be somewhat a similar structure. Also, I think that #92 already shows some pytests for Offgridders specifically.
