[Bug] after re-opening the mask to insert the parameters the time series is getting deleted

After opening the mask to input the parameters for the component I insert the parameters including the time series saved and closed the mask. After re-opening the mask the time series gets deleted and you have to re-upload the time series. The other parameters are not getting deleted.

Hi @siear6 this concerns the EPA, not the MVS. I can see if I need to repost this in the EPA gitlab repo, but then I would like to close it here. @c-moeller @FredericHirschmueller we need to find a way to report the EPA issues at an appropriate place, I feel this clogs the MVS issues right now, but is not about the MVS. When @Bachibouzouk is working again, maybe he can directly create issues in the gitlab repo for you? The feedback function in the EPA also works now.
