Stopping multiple items from being dragged.

I'm having some issues on touch devices when multiple items are accidently dragged at the same time especially when one or more of them are cloned. Items can end up stuck on the screen along the drag path. Is there any way to stop a second item from being dragged while a drag is already taking place?

Being able to track multiple items should not be possible. I'll look into it, thanks for reporting
