Can you add a placeholder with this library?

Hi, The idea is to add a placeholder and then sign a PDF document, something similar to what I am trying to do here, in this example I am using the pdf-lib library, but I have not achieved it since there have been changes in this library and there is no documentation of these changes. I tried adding the placeholder by reading the code pdf-lib but I am not very good with TypeScript, do you think you can help me with this library, a small guide to start developing?
