Add FloatBorder, FloatShadow, FloatShadowThrough?

These are not mentioned in :h highlight-groups though.

But maybe they should be mentioned? NormalFloat is in there.

Are there docs for em? :h FloatShadow has no result. Outside of nvim I mean.

Just following up, these still only appear in syntax.c, undocumented as of NVIM v0.7.0-dev+808-g838631e29-dirty , going wait till they are public. Will leave open until then.
