The future of this project
I have already called out in the docs that this library is essentially in maintenance mode. I've done a pretty poor job of fixing bugs and adding support for new versions of Rails / Postgres, and I honestly don't see that improving (I am incredibly busy with work and just life in general).
So, this is a call to see if anyone would like to take ownership of this repo. That could mean forking it somewhere else or just adding folks as maintainers to the existing project.
Let's use this issue to discuss.
Thanks, Ryan

i didn't see any problem if you push rails version changes with community PRs like this. It can be enough. Anyway project very important for rails ecosystem. Sorry can't support it in constant basis. I am from Ukraine :(. So if somebody can will be great.
@rkrage Give me access to this repo and rubygems, I can do some maintenance.
I also can do support (push gem versions, etc) for pg_party. I am in Atlanta now, if this makes any difference.
Thank you for this wonderful project, @rkrage.
I will love if we can improve, eg: auto generate scopes based on kind of partition, evicts some dumbs pattern in access directly via associations etc
