Add pre-commit tool capabilities to git-mob

Provide an easier to install/uninstall method for the prepare-commit-msg githook through pre-commit. Currently using the existing hook-examples/prepare-commit-msg-nodejs script.

Usage and install instructions are outlined in the README.md
