Add description to "Hide special characters" option

I didnt't understand at first what the opyion to "hude special characters" would do. Would it remove the =\< menu ? Or the ?123 menu ? As it happens, neither of them ! A quuck description under that option item could help: "Hide greyed out characters on the keyboard, except for numbers."
