I am having second thoughts about doing this. Rstudio seems to use readr by default and creates a tibble, which IMO is pointless. @mistrm82 @jihe-liu @Gammerdinger
Instead of a decision tree, maybe we add a slide or a bullet point about this in the Intro slides. And also ask Mandovi/Arpita to highlight it.
Take some examples of scrnaseq vs bulk from Sarah B's slides for intro
1. Add an addendum to the numpy section. 2. Clarify how to upload file to drive 3. combining the dataset or package with function name 4. plt.show() is not needed...
Maybe skip the NormalizeData Step altogether, do SCT instead prior to QC, then redo SCT to regress out the covariates.
Some links may be broken, but I think @Gammerdinger checked that when he went through for ChIP-seq.
