issue with sh-user-data reponse for iFC

Hi, First of all I would like to thank you for your great work.

I tried to test the SH interface on my freshly installed FHoSS instance with a UDR request with Data-Reference = 13 (iFC) the result is like te following :,

<Sh-Data><Sh-IMS-Data></Sh-IMS-Data></Sh-Data>

what I'm doing wrong ? thanks in advance
