Hotkey to jump to next header tag?

One of the most common things I do in elinks is to scroll down past all the hundreds of links that are in the nav section of modern websites, until I see the main h1, h2, or similar header tag. Is it possible to do this via hotkey somehow?

I think skipping to next / previous hN (1, 2, 3, etc) tag is the most useful, but I assume this could be a generic feature for any tag (e.g. skip to article tag).
