basic RemoteWebDrive support

I'd like to see RemoteWebDrive support. Here is a simple implementation. Could you please take and let me know if this could be pursued? It could certainly add more error-handling around remoteUrl and remoteBrowsers but I didn't want to add that until you took a look at the approach.
