SSL Error

Hi, I keep getting this "ssl.SSLError: [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:841)" and would like to know if anyone else is facing this. Python 3.6.6, Windows 10

i'm getting this error "configparser.NoSectionError: No section: 'oauth_config'" when running jira_oauth_token_generator.py i have no idea why? I did create a folder oauthconfig that contains the generated keys and the starter_oauth.config
