Target Folder doesn't exist

I checked out all the bugs, but in some bugs (chart, closure, collections, lang and time) the TARGET FOLDER was not generated. Without this folder I can't use the bug. What Can I do?

To help us understand, reproduce, and fix your problem, could you please provide (as a set of commands that can be cut-and-pasted into a command shell) the exact commands that you ran, and at least one example of a target folder that should exist but does not? Thanks!
