How to show marker on the map if record exists?

I'm using this wonderfully in my application. I'm using it in a form so when users fill out a location field in my form, they can see the location on the map, and then save the location in our database. However, if the wants to edit the form, the map doesn't show the marker of the saved location. How do I fix this? Is there an easy way to do so?
