Update from Lua 5.1.5 to 5.4 (latest)

Hello,

I'm starting with Lua, and I've seen that the included Lua version in LuaForWindows is 5.1.5: I'm following the guide in "Programming in Lua" book that recommends version 5.3; Is it possible to upgrade it ? If so, could you explain how ? The default included modules would be compatible ? Thanks !
